Here are some things I’ve written for Shiny Shiny.
Know your rights with online shopping. Part one looks at making sure you have a secure connection, and what you’re entitled to as an online shopper. This includes Consumer rights, including your rights to return or refund your purchase. Part two looks at rules that apply to auction sites such as eBay and investigates the complaints procedures if you do have an issue. I detail the bodies you can contact, from Trading Standards to the Federal Trade Commission (for USA purchases).
